School Year Tutoring is based on 1 hour sessions. Depending on your child's educational needs we usually recommend at least 2 - 3 sessions per week to get the most out of their tutoring time.

We are open from 8:am to 6:pm, Monday through Friday. Afternoon sessions start at 1:45, 2:45, 3:45, and 4:45. Morning tutoring sessions are also available. Contact us if you are interested in a morning schedule..

Safety and Security

For Your Child's Safety:

We require students under 12 years of age to be inside the building if they are not under direct supervision of a parent or guardian. All students need to inform us when their ride arrives to pick them up. Students over 12 years of age may wait inside or on the porch, and must inform us when their ride arrives to pick them up. 

We ask that we be informed in advance if anyone other than the parents or guardians named on the initial tutoring application and intake form will be picking up the child.

If you would like your child to walk home or to any other location after tutoring, please send us a written statement to that effect, signed by a legal guardian.

When dropping off your child before tutoring, please be sure that he or she enters the building before you leave.

Because we cannot control traffic flow in the area, we strongly recommend that you do not have your child cross either Wainaku or Lehua streets unaccompanied.

Tutoring schedules are pre-arranged and pre-agreed. Fees for all tutoring sessions in a given month are billed at the beginning of that month and payable by the tenth of that month.

   Cancellation of Service

 

We require two weeks advance notice of the date of your child's last tutoring session, if stopping before the end of the school year.
