· Testing for New Students: $35

· Testing for Students Not Enrolling in Tutoring: $50

· Individual (one-on-one) Tutoring: $30/hour + tax

Orchid Isle Tutoring, serving Hilo since 1984, develops individualized programs that meet the needs and learning styles of the students. We provide all materials. We prepare written prescriptive, progress, and final reports.

Orchid Isle Tutoring, serving Hilo since 1984, instructs both children and adults. Using proven methods that enhance learning, we develop individualized programs that meet the needs and learning styles of our students. We offer such programs as LKM Written Language Program (a structured, phonetic, multi-sensory approach to reading/language arts; Touch Math; and Strategic Tutoring. Our reading/language arts curriculum is now available for home use. (Please see our website for more details.)

New students will be tested prior to beginning tutoring.

Orchid Isle Tutoring provides for each student attending the entire session both a written prescriptive report setting goals and objectives and a final written report when the session ends.

Registration is due 5/15/10. Please send a $100.00 deposit to Orchid Isle Tutoring, P. O. Box 10002, Hilo, Hawaii 96721, upon registration. The deposit will be applied to fees stated above. The balance is due on the first day of instruction, unless other arrangements are made in advance.

There are no excused absences. Class dates are set according to the above schedule.

The undersigned releases Orchid Isle Tutoring and employees thereof of any liability arising from participation in this program.
